Rohit Eapen Mathew

For more than twenty-five years, Rohit has worked where strategy meets execution: leading transformation, delivery, quality and operations across fintech, healthcare and technology organisations.

Leadership shaped by the work.

His career has taken him through periods of growth, transition and operational change. He has led global engagements across Asia-Pacific and Latin America, managed teams of more than 300 people, and held responsibility for delivery, revenue, margins, customer satisfaction and organisational capability.

The work has ranged from product and service strategy to application portfolio rationalisation, global transitions and quality-management systems. Along the way, he has helped organisations implement standards including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and CMMI practices.

Rohit currently serves as Vice President at Triple A Solutions, where he provides leadership for a fintech business delivering provident-fund management products and services.

Earned Not Assumed grew from Rohit's effort to examine what years of management had actually taught him: about credibility, relationships, commitments, judgement and the quiet work of building trust.

His writing is grounded in lived experience rather than abstract prescriptions. It asks what leaders can learn from difficult moments, from mistakes, and from the gap that sometimes appears between intention and impact.

Rohit volunteers with the Project Management Institute and is serving on the judging committee as an evaluator for the 2026 PMI PMO Awards. The work reflects his continuing interest in disciplined execution, professional learning and the practices through which teams earn confidence.
